Regulatorji sumijo, da je dru\u017eba razvila strategijo na ravni celotne Evrope, s katero naj bi omejevala tekmece, ki prodajajo izdelke ve\u010dje od 250 mililitrov, posebej na Nizozemskem.<\/p>\n<p>To sledi preteklim hi\u0161nim preiskavam iz leta 2023, ki so sledile obto\u017ebam konkuren\u010dne znamke Monster Energy. Podjetje je poskusilo na Sodi\u0161\u010du EU izpodbijati obseg teh preiskav, a neuspe\u0161no.<\/p>\n<p>Evropska komisarka za konkurenco, Teresa Ribera, je dejala: <em>&#8220;Preveriti \u017eelimo, ali tak\u0161ne prakse morda ohranjajo visoke cene in omejujejo izbiro energijskih pija\u010d za potro\u0161nike.
